SWEET POTATO CAKE

Ingredients for 6 people:
1 kg of sweet potatoes, 4 eggs,
200 g of butter, 200 g of sugar,
1 small glass of rum, 1 vanilla bean.
Peel the sweet potatoes and boil them for 45 minutes in a pressure cooker. Crush or mash them with a fork.
In a bowl, combine potatoes, sugar, butter, egg, rum and vanilla pod.
Butter a mold and pour in the mixture.
Then bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
And there you are!
